Description

The Senior Architect/Technical Lead is responsible for overseeing multiple development teams each responsible for architecting and implementing full life cycle web solutions. These web solutions can encompass a wide variety of technologies including Sharepoint 2007/2010, .Net, and proprietary CRM technologies. The Senior Architect will also act as Sr. Technical Consultant on select key client initiatives leading the project through the full development life cycle. Responsibilities of this role include: technical consulting, prospect sales support, management of a 5-10 person development team, resourcing planning, application architecture design, technical development, application integration, technical training, project leadership, project estimating and budgeting.

Qualifications

Requirements/Qualifications:

B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science or comparable training required
Minimum 10 years of full life cycle implementation experience
Minimum 5 years of consulting experience
Proficient in full Microsoft suite of development technologies including .Net 3.5. Sharepoint experience highly recommended but not required.
Expert in C# as well as SQL Server 2005/2008
Minimum 3 years of experience architecting and overseeing the delivery of highly integrated, enterprise grade applications such as financial management systems or CRM systems as well as 3 years of experience delivering custom web applications on the .Net platform required
Experience in browser based application design and development with strong skills in conceptual data modeling and object oriented design
Experience working with marketing technologies and/or CRM products
Exceptional time management, written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing a development team of 6 or more developers
