Job Details:	FT position, includes rotating weekends/holidays. The Pharmacy Supervisor reports to the Manager/Director/Executive Director/Vice-President and is responsible for supervising and directing the day to day services, functions, operations, and activities of the Pharmacy Department. All duties are carried out in accordance with administrative policies, applicable national standards, and state and federal laws. This position requires a B.S. degree in Pharmacy and/or PharmD, preferably with an appropriate graduate degree and/or the completion of an accredited residency. Registered Pharmacist in the State of Illinois. Three to five years of related experience required.
