We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Channel Account Manager to join our team in Chicago, IL. As a Senior Channel Account Manager at Adobe, you will be responsible for managing our channel partner relationships and driving sales growth in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a business plan that maps out quota achievement strategies and tactics.
  • Build brand awareness and increase mindshare with CDW sellers and leadership.
  • Proactively develop relationships with peers, clients and CDW constituents.
  • Drive Adobe Corporate and Field sales engagement within CDW.
  • Serve as the Adobe expert to CDW sellers and customers.
  • Co-sell with CDW Account Managers to end user's on Adobe sales opportunities
  • Generate, manage and close pipeline opportunities within assigned region.
  • Understand progress to target and recommend solutions to close potential gaps
  • Prioritize the broad needs of the business with CDW while focusing on top revenue drivers.
  • Make effective use of cross-functional resources and understand how to use these resources and skills to implement plan and achieve results.
  • Identify and callout key inhibitors to achieving sales results.
  • Incorporate data and insights from multiple sources to tell a meaningful story and share actionable recommendations internally.
  • Share standard methodologies with your peers and CDW Specialists to coach and learn.

What you need to succeed

  • 6+ years of enterprise and channel sales experience or relevant working experience
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed partner quota expectations.
  • Strong analytical skills, executive presence and financial acuity.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Highly organized with ability to work in fast paced environment.
  • Onsite presence at CDW Downtown Chicago office 2-3 days per week.
  • Up to 20% travel within North America.
  • Preferred knowledge of Adobe, CDW & Technology industry.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $185,600 -- $326,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
