What this job involves - Perform transactional tasks such as wire transfers and bank admin activity. Support managers on projects and provide insight-based knowledge and skill of a technical area (i.e. bank administration)
Cash Management Process requests to obtain information from banking institutions Process wire transfers from Jones Lang LaSalle banks, as needed Assist in maintaining the Legal Bank listing Assist in maintaining bank files Customer service for internal staff and clients Assist clients/staff on bank services Resolve issues Answer questions from clients
Requirements High school degree required Computer system skills including Excel Access skills Bank and/or Treasury Management experience Good judgement and high level of personal integrity Experience with Kyriba or Banking portal preferred Partner with site staff and accountant as necessary to facilitate bank relationships for multiple clients. Work independently to prioritize work in order to meet deadlines. Demonstrate willingness and ability to accept responsibility. Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills Exhibit flexibility in completion of job responsibilities as priorities change.
