What You Will Do

  • As Senior Manager, Your main responsibilities will revolve around designing, customizing, and optimizing Digital and Cloud-based solutions to enhance Infor Control Center solutions capabilities. You'll collaborate with various supply chain planning, execution, logistics, and customer service teams to improve inventory visibility, enhance customer service, and optimize sales inventory days and slow and excess product management.
  • You will report to the Director Global Logistics Operations Planning & Systems. You will support enterprise-wide on-premise and/or Cloud Infor Control Center Suite implementations, including proactive network inventory estimation, slow and excess inventory conversion, and lead time planning based on target GSOP-E (Global Sales and Operations Planning - Execution) customer segment/customer service levels.
  • You will be responsible for documenting business requirements, system design, and transformational goals to accelerate Infor Nexus Control Center 2.0+.
  • You will be a process partner with the Molex GSOP supply planning, execution, and logistics team to understand current-state processes and define future-state business processes based on Sales & Operations Planning execution to enable better customer service, inventory level, mode of transport mix (air ratio) and slow & excess inventories.
  • Help to configure applications according to requirements based on specific use cases.
  • Working in project teams through agreed-upon phases of project governance, requirements definition, product features and attributes, customization, testing, training and rollout of Infor Nexus Control Center and other Infor Modules solutions
  • Collaborating with team members in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate Molex in the Digital and Emerging Solutions Advisory council
  • Providing broad technical knowledge of various key technology and business platforms for supply planning, network planning and lead time management
  • Teaming with Infor Nexus technology professionals and IT partners to accelerate the solutions piloting and user adoption




Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

* Bachelor's degree

* Experience in leadership role and responsibilities delivering projects in Supply Chain Management, with a focus on Supply Planning and Demand Management as a business domain

* A good understanding of Value Chain Synchronization and Supply Chain Transformation will be beneficial

* Flexibility and willingness to work with global and diverse team members located in various time zones

* Hands-on knowledge of Integrated Business Planning or Sales & Operations Planning

* Good understanding of demand planning, replenishment/deployment planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, sales & operations planning, scheduling/sequencing, control tower, optimization

* Experience with Advanced Planning tools like JDA, OM Partners, o9, SAP IBP and/or Kinaxis is required

* Experience within Infor Nexus, Blue Yonder and or Kinaxis with deep functional/domain expertise and hands-on experiences in configurations, training, knowledge transfer, customer communications, and documentations

* Led and managed minimum of 2-3 full lifecycle Supply Chain Planning implementations in a large and complex environment

* Analyze and transform to application requirements

* Perform Fit-Gap Analysis

* Lead Functional Design approval process

* Strong interaction with development team to test and deliver the solution

* Assist IT teams during SIT (system integration tests) and UAT (user acceptance testing)


What Will Put You Ahead

* Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, or Mathematics desired; master's degree in one of these areas preferred

* Experience ERP systems (e.g. SAP R/3 - SAP S/4 Hana)

* Additional Language skills (e.g. Mandarin, Spanish)

* Certifications and prior consulting experience are highly preferred
