Job Description
Industrial Property Management Analyst
This position will work in and with our CAS team to manage Accounts Receivable (A/R) for the national Industrial Property Management (IPM) platform. Reporting to the National Operations Lead for US IPM with matrix reporting to the CAS IPM Accounting Lead. This person will have several priorities including the following: ensuring the accurate application of all client payments in a timely manner; working with the national leadership team to develop and implement best-in-class industrial property management AR practices; and working with regional teams to efficiently and effectively manage A/R processes and practices.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Partner with IPM Leadership, CAS Leadership and Corporate Finance to create and implement best practices around national AR for IPM
Aggressively manage IPM AR including collection and application of outstanding receivables, working with the various teams and clients
Work with the National IPM Operations Lead on various special projects designed to make the platform more efficient
Work with the National Operations Lead and CAS to support initiatives around Fit To Grow
Participate in the development of best practices around AR including documentation of same as needed
Represent IPM on lease admin projects as needed

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Bachelor's degree required
Exceptionally strong analytic skills
Minimum of 5 years of commercial real estate accounting or analyst experience, with demonstrated knowledge of the property management business, documentation and administration.
Must have strong financial acumen and experience with various types of related financial deliverables.
Excellent customer service
Strong communication and presentation skill required, as well as a proven track record in business
Proficient in MS Office products and property management software including Yardi
Ability to multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities to achieve national IPM goals and objectives
