The Alzheimer's Association national office seeks an experienced Senior Prospect Management Analyst to join our Prospect Management & Research team. This team plays a pivotal role in supporting the Relationship Development department, which is responsible for raising over $100 million annually through the work of dedicated, multidisciplinary fundraising professionals.
A key fundraising partner, the Sr. Prospect Management Analyst assists with portfolio creation, optimization, and, as needed, realignment. The Sr. Prospect Management Analyst partners closely with assigned donor advisors on relationship and portfolio management, and consults on the development of novel engagement and solicitation strategies. Drawing upon prospect research knowledge and experience, the Sr. Prospect Management Analyst will provide high-impact prospect intelligence to assigned donor advisors in order to prioritize portfolios and fundraising efforts. In collaboration with the Director, Prospect Management & Research, the Sr. Prospect Management Analyst conceptualizes and strategically implements new prospect management policies and procedures aimed at maximizing fundraising efforts, and therefore, the mission of the Alzheimer's Association. As the Relationship Development department grows and evolves, the Sr. Prospect Management Analyst will be expected to support mentorship of new staff and lead periodic peer training and education sessions.
