The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for efficiently facilitating recruiting processes including owning, and maintaining candidates in applicant tracking system, scheduling interviews, booking candidate travel, and other recruiting support functions. The Recruiting Coordinator works in partnership with internal teams to ensure a seamless, candidate-friendly interview and hiring process.

Responsibilities:

  • Own internal processes in Jobvite, MCC's applicant tracking system
  • Maintain all internal and external job postings
  • Maintain applicant tracking system to ensure candidate information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Partner with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to facilitate the interview process from start to finish
  • Assist in training associates/team members on ATS and recruiting process
  • Efficiently and accurately coordinate remote & onsite interviews for candidates; book travel and lodging when applicable
  • Provide assistance with interview coordination and travel for Executive and C-level candidates
  • Provide necessary information/tools to hiring managers and interview teams in preparation for interviews
  • Regularly keep internal recruiters apprised of the status of all active candidates
  • Partner with recruiters to ensure offer packets are accurate and complete
  • Partner with 3rd party vendor to ensure timely completion of pre-employment background and employment eligibility checks
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports/ metrics
  • Assist all new hires in their transition to MCC, ensuring they have completed all required pre-employment information
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve MCC's recruiting programs and processes
  • Assist with the coordination of campus recruiting activities on an as-needed basis
  • Assist with other projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
  • Impeccable attention to detail with ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Great communication skills - both written and verbal. Ability to communicate with all levels of leadership.
  • Demonstrated passion for providing a high level of customer service for internal customers/stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify company needs and translate into skills possessed by candidates.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
  • Experience with Jobvite and Ceridian Dayforce is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
