Duties and Responsibilities | Job Summary: We're looking for a talented and energetic Human Resources Managerto join our team at Loyola University, Chicago. The HR Manager strategically aligns efforts as a business partner to support operations and business initiatives of assigned schools and divisions. The HR Manager is responsible for recruiting, employee relations, labor relations, performance, and talent management. Also coaches and develops leaders to deliver people management capabilities, provides organizational insights to make the best decisions, and mitigates operational risk.
