The Specialist, Product Marketing is responsible for contributing to product strategy, executing ongoing go-to-market activities, delivering high-quality content, and providing support to customer-facing teams. As strategic, cross-functional partners to teams including Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, this position will work with a wide set of stakeholders to drive product success in key areas including generative AI, platform, and more. With demonstrated success, this role has high-growth potential with the opportunity independently own products and GTM strategies over time. This role reports to the Director, Product Marketing.
Role Responsibilities - Product Strategy & Market Research
  • Get to know the product and value drivers across different segments and use cases
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking by conducting market research, developing hypotheses, and sharing insights to help strengthen messaging and got-to-market approach
  • Work closely with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams to build strategies for Relativity products and overall brand
  • Develop an understanding of commercial packages and pricing, and help bring commercial adjustments to market
Role Responsibilities - Cross-Functional Partnership and Message-driven Communication
  • Work with leadership and a wide set of cross-functional stakeholders to drive go-to-market plans forward, providing ultra-high touch support to internal teams and customers
  • Demonstrate ability to effectively project manage and gain alignment on decisions
  • Transform complex, technical information into creative, concise and easily digestible messages that resonate with target audiences
Role Responsibilities - Sales & Success Support
  • Develop an understanding of the selling process, sales and success organizations, and their needs
  • Create and maintain up-to-date enablement materials, including internal trainings, presentations, FAQs, slicks, and other content
  • Update relevant data points and other evergreen content on regular basis
  • Manage the sales enablement platform for the product marketing team
Role Responsibilities - Go-to-Market Execution
  • Develop and execute on go-to-market plans, with the ability to take feedback and iterate to drive to intended results
  • Produce high-quality content in support of demand generation campaigns and other marketing activities
  • Support event marketing plans including updating messaging frameworks, creating talking points, tailored presentations, etc.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex technology concepts and data sets (minimum qualification)
  • Robust understanding of key marketing concepts (minimum qualification)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication style (minimum qualification)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to accomplish shared objectives
  • Demonstrated research and analytical skills
  • Comprehensive business acumen, including problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize accordingly
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, drive projects to completion and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting company or team goals
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Marketo, and/or Highspot

Compensation
  • Relativity is committed to competitive, fair and equitable compensation practices.
  • This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between $82,000 and $124,000. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
