Your Role

We are seeking an Associate Director - Omnichannel Marketing Lead to support our Kidney Care business globally. As the associate director, you will define and drive digital marketing strategy, develop center of excellence, and guide overall execution.

What you'll be doing

Strategy: Drive development and oversight of well-rounded, long-term digital marketing initiatives across KidneyCo, including but not limited to:

  • Digital content development strategy (e.g. HCP and patient websites)
  • Owned media strategy
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) / Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
  • URL strategy
  • User experience strategy
  • Website platform strategy

Center of Excellence: Build KidneyCo's digital marketing expertise and standardize processes by demonstrating standard methodologies:

  • Orchestrate the identification and development of training programs, playbooks, and templates to deliver consistency across various digital platforms and improve the performance and knowledge of our marketing team.
  • Collaborate with IT to identify applications that will improve KidneyCo's digital marketing capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with both internal and external regulatory requirements.

Execution: Ensure digital marketing activities have sufficient support across all geographies for successful implementation, including but not limited to:

  • Establish governance and promote ways of working between digital marketing, global marketing, and country marketing teams.
  • Engage cross-functional partners to align execution of pan-KidneyCo commercial strategy.
  • Provide global mentorship and feedback to country / cluster / regional marketing teams to ensure execution across all geographies is aligned with vision.
  • Lead all aspects of development of detailed content plans to ensure industry standard processes are leveraged.
  • Emphasize criticality across KidneyCo for setting-up a seamless user experience across various digital platforms.
  • Support translation needs across our digital portfolio to cater to our global audience.
  • Ensure all domain names are secured and maintained in accordance with our digital strategy.
  • Lead direct report and oversight of all agency partners to ensure overall digital marketing execution.
What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree required in communications, marketing, advertising or transferrable area.
  • 10+ years of experience as digital marketing lead or similar role.
  • Pharma, med tech or healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Experienced defining standards and governance for ever-evolving digital marketing environment within a sophisticated matrix organization that includes multiple regional and global team members.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in driving business results through omnichannel marketing.
  • Experienced tracking and reporting on changes in campaign performance and other key commercial performance indicators through platform reporting Google Analytics, PowerBI and Tableau dashboards.
  • Highly motivated, with ability to make decisions independently and quickly solution problems that span multiple business areas.
  • Validated ability to successfully maintain relationships and conflicting viewpoints with internal and external partners to lead teams to resolution and success.
  • Experienced with SEO/SEM, user experience, and digital strategy development.
  • Experience with Drupal Platform, Adobe Platform, Epsilon, and Salesforce.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $160,000 to $220,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change.
