Overview

The Supervisor, Treasury will lead a team of treasury agents. This department's primary function is to control daily banking operations, processing methods used for disbursements from corporate bank accounts. This position supervises all day-to-day treasury team functions, as well as overtime will have opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement projects and take part in other cross-functional collaborations and global banking initiatives.

Responsibilities
    Supervises and monitors a team of treasury agents, coaches and mentors' staff as needed, train staff as needed.
  • Establishes treasury agent's tasks and responsibilities and assigns to the individual treasury teammates accordingly to their roles.
  • Coordinates and distributes workload among treasury staff, ensuring a balanced workload and assuring timely accomplishment of their work.
  • Develop treasury work processes, ensuring that work flows are efficient, and procedures are in line with company treasury and financial policies, banking procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Instructs treasury staff on tasks and job techniques and arranges available written instructions, reference materials and supplies as needed.
  • Reviews treasury team work as necessary, manages any escalated issues and ensures treasury team meets daily deadlines.
  • Serves as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) on all treasury products and services.
  • Monitors Treasury team Outlook email inbox and responds to any issues that are urgent, also monitor team is responding to their emails.
  • Work alongside and support Corporate Finance Management Team, as needed on current and new Treasury Management product projects, including but not limited to:
  • Embraces change, new technology, and enhancements to current technology.
  • Monitors daily corporate bank balances, ensuring that non ZBA accounts have sufficient funds to cover daily outgoing payments.
  • Maintains and shares current knowledge, answering questions of other employees on procedures, policies, directives, etc.
  • Recruits and hires for open treasury agent positions and provides training on the job for new employees.
  • Completes and conducts performance reviews, team goal setting, conducts interviews and handles training of new employees.
  • Reporting to manager on performance, progress and training needs of treasury agents and any behavior problems
  • Instill culture in line with AIT's core values
  • Testing new digital products along with implementation
  • Troubleshooting existing products
  • Perform other duties and miscellaneous projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree in finance or in accounting, or related field Required

Experience Qualifications

  • 3-5 years Previous experience in team leadership required
  • 5-7 years Treasury administration with a large decentralized multi-national corporation preferred

  • Ability to develop processes and procedures while looking for ways to improve current processes.
  • Ability to stay calm during high workload periods.
  • High attention to detail, figure, and numbers. Ability to constantly maintain high level of accuracy.

  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a professional and concise manner.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work with various banking and other financial institutions.
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience communicating with external third parties on behalf of your organization.
