Job Description

In your role as the Sr. DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for the implementation of tools and processes which enable rapid development and deployment of software. Your mission is to embrace continuous integration/deployment in a delivery pipeline that will perform automated quality checks, deploy on-premises, cloud infrastructure and applications quickly, and provide operational metrics that can be consumed by development teams.
Position Responsibilities/Duties: 

  • Manage all development licenses and Certificates.
  • Design, implement, and manage Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and security.
  • Creating, configuring, and managing CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for efficient and automated software delivery.
  • Setting up and managing monitoring and logging solutions in Azure for applications and infrastructure using tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
  • Configuring and maintaining Azure DevOps tools such as Azure Repos, Azure Boards, and Azure Artifacts to facilitate collaborative development and efficient project management.
  • Implementing and maintaining security measures in Azure, including access control, identity and access management, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical support to resolve issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure the smooth operation of software and systems.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in AKS and other Microsoft Azure technologies.
  • .NET development background and scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, and C#.
  • Minimum 2+ years of in .NET framework/.NET CORE
  • Minimum 3+ years of Windows OS.
  • Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Good understanding of network in both on-premises and Azure infrastructure.
  • Experience in setting up and managing monitoring and logging solutions using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and other related tools to ensure the performance, availability, and reliability of Azure services.
  • Ability to implement and manage security measures for Azure-based applications and infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of Nginx is a plus.

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in AKS and other Microsoft Azure technologies
  • .NET development background and scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, and C#
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science OR related technical field
  • Maximum 2 jobs in the last 5 years
