Shift: Multiple shifts available

Pay: $60,000/yr. (salary + commission based on your sales)

Job Purpose:

The Phone Center Representative is the go-to person for our customers, handling inbound calls to help them find the right parts and ensure they have a positive experience. We're looking for someone who embodies hard work, customer focus, team collaboration, adaptability, and responsibility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Honor Commitments:

  • Answer customer calls with dedication and determination, striving to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Record customer information accurately in our systems, ensuring that all details are captured for future reference and follow-up.

Create Positive Experiences:

  • Deliver friendly and efficient service, helping customers with parts selection and providing information on products and services to enhance their experience.
  • Provide price quotes, inform customers about specials, and keep them updated on the status of their orders.

Foster Lifelong Learning:

  • Continuously update personal knowledge of products and customer service techniques, contributing to the team's overall skill enhancement.
  • Engage in all assigned learning modules: Demonstrating a commitment to personal and professional development, embracing opportunities to expand knowledge and skills.

Exhibit Pioneering Spirit:

  • Work closely with fellow team members to tackle customer inquiries and find solutions together, fostering a supportive and cohesive work environment.

Demonstrate Good Stewardship:

  • Maintain accurate records and manage resources wisely to ensure optimal service delivery and data integrity, which includes detailed tracking in the purchase order system.

Other Duties as Assigned:

  • Adapt to the evolving needs of the organization and undertake additional responsibilities as required, reflecting our commitment to flexibility and responsiveness in meeting business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, college degree preferred.
  • Preferred 2 years of parts counter experience
  • Strong understanding of basic truck systems
  • The ability to use business systems for daily tasks.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both over the phone and in writing.
  • Proven customer service skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in computer use, especially Google Applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Dependable, with reliable attendance and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
