Full Stack Developer - Senior Team Lead

Full time position- Salary $120,000/year.

Your New Role:

Ready to lead from the front? As our Senior Team Lead in Full Stack Development, you'll be at the helm of our development team, transforming our software applications from initial concepts to fully operational solutions. This role is crucial, requiring a blend of leadership skills and deep technical knowledge to ensure the delivery of software solutions that align with our customers' needs and our business objectives. You will lead by example, using your extensive knowledge of databases, web technologies, programming, source control and UI tools to oversee and execute on the development process of software from conception to deployment.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and Inspire: Lead a team of developers by providing process guidelines, mentorship and support. Ensure team cohesion and motivate team members to achieve their best.
  • Technical Leadership: Leverage your expertise in C#, SQL, API integrations, Blazor, data warehousing and more to drive the technical direction of projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and the delivery of cutting-edge solutions.
  • Strategic Planning: Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives. Formulate and implement effective development strategies to turn those objectives into reality.
  • Project Management: Using a proven, formal PM methodology, oversee project lifecycle management. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Quality Focus: Maintain high standards of quality for code, documentation, and other deliverables. Conduct code reviews and ensure all solutions are robust, scalable, and secure.
  • Enhance Communication: Using tools like Jira and Teams, facilitate effective communication within the team and with other departments. Set up processes to ensure that all team members are aligned with project goals.
  • Drive Innovation: Be proactive in adopting new technologies and methodologies to improve product functionality and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with programming languages (C#, Blazor), web languages (HTML, CSS, Javascript), source control (GitHub), UI tools (Syncfusion or equivalent), and databases (SQL).
  • Experience leading and managing a team.
  • A track record of successfully leading development projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with Azure SQL Server, Windows Services/Always-On applications
