The Position:

SAP SuccessFactors Consultant-As the SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will optimize, harmonize and automate HR processes and systems as part of Global Shared Services team by influencing requirements, testing and delivery. This role will be the direct interface between HR and IT. It develops existing and new applications by analyzing and identifying areas for modification and improvement. It translates business requirements into detailed functional specifications that undergo business stakeholder review. You will conduct feasibility studies from a technological and organizational perspective to complete a cost-benefit analysis on implementing changes to business processes.

What you will do:

  • Understand the business context, needs, rules, architecture, organizational structure, cultures, and capabilities to document the current state of processes
  • Envision and document the future state of processes and products by identifying the solution scope, potential value of the future state and the changes to the process, products, organization infrastructure, capabilities, and technology
  • Create solutions that boost creativity, innovation, and collaboration
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the quality and accuracy of data collection mechanisms and how they fit into data architecture
  • Ensure all agreed standards and protocols are followed and preserve data integrity, compliance and systems security
  • Research and select relevant information to analyze themes and trends using primary data sources and business intelligence tools
  • Prepare and deliver HR systems training
  • Develop and implement plan to enable self-service
  • Act as the solution point for complex queries

What you will bring:

  • Level of education & knowledge:
    • Bachelor's Degree or relevant certification in IT, HR, analytics, business technology platforms or enterprise systems.

  • Experience in general:
    • 3-6 years of system process optimization, project management, business requirements identification, and enterprise business analysis

  • Technical skills:
    • Demonstrate good level of IT literacy
    • Project management mind-set
    • Process Modeling and Mapping
    • Thorough knowledge of SAP and its interfaces to add-on solutions (e.g. Payroll and Travel Expenses)
    • SuccessFactors (functional expertise on the SF platform and modules with a technical understanding)
    • Dayforce (functional expertise on the SF platform and modules with a technical understanding)
    • Power BI - Report design

  • Competencies, Behavioral skills:
    • Communication in English: Ability to clearly communicate complex requirements in two directions (business driven and technically driven)
    • Excellent ability to deliver results in a cost-effective manner.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills by overseeing the bigger picture.
    • Excellent negotiation, time management and prioritization skills.
