Duties and Responsibilities | * Manage ticket operations for athletic events, including implementation of policy and procedures relating to ticket sales, sales strategy, ticket distribution, and allocation. * Plan and implement a customer service strategy that provides fans with first class support, resolves customer ticket issues efficiently, and develops relationships with season ticket base and other fans. * Collaborate with community organizations, university partners, and internal units such as marketing, promotions, communications, and creative services to maximize revenue and attendance for all ticketed sports by increasing single-game sales, season tickets, group sales, and student engagement. * Coordinate all fiscal activities for the ticket office including event reconciliation, daily deposits and settlements, and ticket and financial reporting * Hire, schedule, train, and supervise student ticket worker staff, ensuring students are learning skills while assisting in day-to-day and game day activities. * Perform other related duties as assigned. |
Minimum Education and/or Work Experience | Bachelor's degree in related field and three-five years of previous experience with college or private enterprise facilities management. |
Qualifications | * A Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by a U.S. Department of Education or internationally recognized accrediting organization * Minimum 2 year work experience in collegiate athletics or professional athletics, * Excellent computer, verbal and written communication, as well as demonstrated organizational skills. Experience working with a ticketing system/software like Audience View. |
