GENERAL DESCRIPTION

FOCUS

Responsibilities

• Mount, arrange, and frame photos and artifacts.
• Measure, cut, and assemble custom frames using a variety of molding styles.
• Manipulate and print digital images using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Communicate with our internal design team and update relevant schedules.
• Organize and maintain inventory of frames, photos, and all related materials.
• Help with shipping, loading trucks and delivery of local products.
• Other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS

• Must have the ability/stamina to work 45-50+ hours a week.
• Will frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry, finely manipulate, and key in data.
• Ability to stand/walk for 9-10 hours per day and sit for 1-2 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to engage in problem-solving to help identify and solve potential issues.
• Must be able to communicate through telephone, e-mail and in-person communications.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND BEHAVIORS

• Must represent The Potbelly Way.
• Must be extremely neat and organized.
• Minimum high school degree.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the framing industry OR 5 years combined carpentry and painting experience with a creative background.
• Proficient with computers, and must have experience with Excel, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to interact with all levels of a company.
