What Will You Do:

  • Support the project team to ensure reliable design and operations
  • Reaching site and organizational goals related to safety, performance, quality, and customer service.
  • Build relationships with the site teams, manage the projects, and execute improvement initiatives to drive growth
  • Drive projects to ensure compliance
  • Maintaining working with appropriate stakeholders (QA, Maintenance, Capital) to improve unit efficiency and performance
  • Develops a knowledge and understanding of products/systems/services, customers and customer needs of business area supported.
  • Conducts feasibility studies, determines manpower and cost estimates, and develops engineering criteria.
  • Performs analyses to develop design options or recommendations for structures, systems and components.
  • Activities lead to new or improved products, processes, systems or methods which have significant impact potential.
  • Manage engineering firms, construction contractors, ensure IHS and Process Safety Standards are met
  • Major equipment replacement/upgrades; Infrastructure upgrades; Utility projects
  • Total Installed Cost of projects $500k - $5MM

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of service in project management
  • 5+ engineering design experience
  • Expertise in vessels, packaged equipment,
  • Experience managing contractors

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Green belt
