Our client is seeking a motivated and licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join their dynamic team at their Sandwich, IL location. The clinic is expanding with the addition of a new DDS in the coming weeks, providing an exciting opportunity for a skilled dental hygienist to be part of a growing practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Possess sharp clinical skills including but not limited to capturing diagnostic x-rays, evaluating/treating periodontal disease, placing sealants, and providing options on preventative solutions for caries prevention and management.
• Removing plaque and calculus by scaling and polishing teeth
• Perform oral cancer screenings.
• Ability to co-treatment plan with DDS utilizing available technology.
• Providing dental health education about tooth and gum care
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with other dental professionals in the practice to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Requirements:

• Registered Dental Hygienist License
• Anesthesia Certification
• CPR
• 1 year of experience is preferred but will consider a new graduate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with computer technology.
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule: Monday & Wednesday 8 am - 6 pm; Tuesday & Thursday 7 am - 4:30 pm
