Job Description

As a Collections Analyst at Corcentric, you will join a fun, collaborative team within an ambitious, entrepreneurial global organization. You will be responsible for a large collections portfolio, as well as handling customer requests and credit reviews.

This key position reports to the Collections Manager within our Credit, Collections, & Disputes team. We're a dedicated, down-to-earth group in a growing organization offering plenty of opportunity. We look forward to adding you into the mix!

As a Collections Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

  • Initiating collection calls to business accounts
  • Researching and resolving client billing problems
  • Identifying root causes contributing to account delinquency
  • Reviewing and monitoring assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports
  • Preparing reports for management
  • Providing timely follow up on payment arrangements and customer requests
  • Making recommendations to management regarding whether customers should be placed on hold or sent to collections
  • Researching and resolving customer deductions
  • Maintaining and documenting customer communications
  • Reviewing credit limits for new and existing accounts

You'll need to have:

  • Relevant experience in a commercial, business-to-business (B2B) collections role
  • Attention to detail, along with strong organizational skills and multi-tasking capabilities
  • The ability to analyze financial statements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level or above (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a service-oriented mindset

It's great if you also have:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 software
