The Director - Internal Communications develops and executes an internal communications strategy to engage and inform team members across the organization and leads a team to create engaging, inspiring, and informative content that strengthens our culture and advances our strategy. This role serves as a trusted advisor and primary communications partner to S&C Electric Company's President and CEO, responsible for developing the executive communication strategy and day-to-day implementation of messaging to support the company's purpose, vision, mission, and strategic initiatives.
