Strategic HR Project Manager

Hybrid role: 3 days in Chicago Aon Center office per week

Are you a strategic thinker with a strong background in HR? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Project Manager to join our HR Strategy & Planning team at JLL. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects that align with our HR and overall business strategy. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute comprehensive project plans, assign responsibilities to project teams, and ensure successful project outcomes. Additionally, you will play a critical role in developing change management strategies to facilitate seamless project adoption.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain comprehensive end-to-end project plans, incorporating input from stakeholders.

Lead project change management efforts, facilitating a smooth transition to business-as-usual operations.

Proactively review project milestones and deliverables, adjusting plans when necessary.

Schedule and conduct project status meetings with key stakeholders, capturing notes, action items, and facilitating productive dialogue.

Manage project collateral, ensuring efficient document management and organization.

Assign responsibilities to the project team and follow up on tasks, ensuring timely completion of project objectives.

Oversee the development of project status reports, providing regular updates on accomplishments, risks, issues, and recommended solutions.

Demonstrate best practices in project and change management within the HR domain.

Provide feedback to improve project execution practices and resources.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or Human Resources.

Strong background in Human Resources, with a proven ability to develop innovative solutions.

Experience working in a global matrix organization, effectively collaborating across diverse teams.

Track record of successfully driving projects from conception to implementation.

Excellent business acumen and eagerness to learn about JLL's business.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely results.

Exceptional time management skills and strong attention to detail.

Proficient in organizing and synthesizing large volumes of information for project teams' utilization.

Skilled in translating project plans into actionable steps.

Confident and flexible leader, addressing issues proactively as they arise.

Proven ability to navigate challenges such as cross-team dependencies, changing schedules, and evolving requirements.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Agile and empathetic individual capable of managing numerous initiatives and stakeholders effectively.

Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.

Adaptable communication style to effectively lead high-performance teams and achieve results through others.
