About the role:
As a Document & Training Analyst, you will work with the Industrial Engineers and the Operations Leadership teams to document the end-to-end production process and training materials for our best-in-class products that will define the world of Fintech. You'll work as part of a team in an agile setting and must be self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and organized.

About the team:
Join the Commercial and BPaaS (Business Process as a Service) delivery improvement team in Romeoville today! In this facility, we provide 24/7 Card Production support, and you'll have the opportunity to work directly with our Industrial Engineer. You will also have the opportunity for travel to meet our counterpart teams in San Antonio, TX & St. Petersburg, FL! In addition, you will have exposure to other product lines under BPaaS remit (Print, Lockbox, and Item Processing).

What you will be doing:

  • Work on-site approximately 5 days a week to coordinate with the Industrial Engineer and Operations Management team and become familiar and comfortable with the site operations and processes, with future opportunity for remote work flexibility (to be discussed with direct manager upon hire).
  • Maintain documentation related to Card Production & other business procedures.
  • Maintain work instructions associated with card and other product manufacturing.
  • Work with the Operations Management Team and Industrial Engineer to create training materials for Operations/Production activities.
  • Complete annual reviews and audits on procedures/training materials to ensure they remain accurate and up to date.
  • Work directly with our Industrial Engineer to understand and analyze the business of today and to make recommendations and improvements related to efficiencies that align with our Future Forward Initiative.
  • Delivering working product increments to our clients, on time and on budget, according to the best quality standards.
  • Working with Product Management, stakeholders, peers, and teams to define and prioritize the product backlog for your team.
  • Driving improvements in solution design, analysis, and testing activities.

What you will need:

  • Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard process mapping and analysis methodologies (such as Visio)
  • Ability to work across different types of teams (strong interpersonal skills).
  • Knowledge in procedure writing.
  • Ability to coach/share learnings and procedures.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, computer science or information systems, industrial engineering, or technical writing. Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Experience with oral presentations.
  • Ability to work in groups.
  • Ability to learn quickly and be adaptable.

Nice to have:

  • Six sigma green belt or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of Business Process Management.
  • 3 to 5 years of practical experience or strong internship experience, and a desire to learn and grow.

The pay range for this full-time position is $27.49 - $44.80 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
