- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to coordinate service with other Bank employees to enhance Bank’s customer base.
- Ability to establish and maintain an aggressive customer calling program.
- Advanced knowledge of banking and commercial operations.
- Proven sales skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Education/Experience/Licenses/Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or marketing required.
- 5+ years of commercial lending or commercial operations experience required.
Equipment/Software:
- Ability to operate general office equipment.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
