The Transfer Pricing Desk is located under Group Taxes Department in Erste Group Bank AG and it is responsible for all types of intra-group transactions. Transfer Pricing covers, among others, contract management (drafting, signing, archiving, billing), calculation of intragroup charges (complex xls files), maintenance of document database (managing MS Teams, different portals) and other various interesting tasks, such as involvement in diverse Tax related tasks. Your Tasks Contract management, i.e. being responsible for the intragroup contracts (E2E process from signature to archiving) Support in any regular and adhoc tasks like preparation of intragroup charges (SLA/CCA calculations), TP Policy, TP documentation, any other ad-hoc request Preparation of the OECD Country-by-Country Report Support of Tax colleagues in ad hoc cases Your Background have an academic focus on banking, economics, consulting or law are ready for an internship in the area described above are ready to support us to better service our internal and external clients like working in a cooperative and team-oriented way enjoy work in a fast-paced environment and can work to tight deadlines act as a team player with a hands-on approach, willingness to learn and good communication skills are proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel, Word and Power Point) are fluent in English, both verbal as well as in writing, German language is not a must but is an advantage Our Offer We offer you an exciting and challenging part-time internship (19,25h/week) in an interesting and dynamic field as of January 2022 for a duration of 12 months.
